I'm sure I've asked this before, but it there a way to map this to our status updates page on the TN Web Share slack channel?

We actually do have the service pack RSS feed already set up to go to the #status_updates channel -- here's the last instance: https://tn-webshare.slack.com/archives/CBUNNKN6L/p1580174005000300

That said, there has been an issue with RSS feeds on the community platform for the past month that has been slow to get fixed. (TN implemented a web application firewall that blocks RSS readers from accessing the feed URLs.) This issue doesn't affect all RSS readers, so the Slack integration in particular may or may not be affected.

Yeah,  I think that my Zapier Solution may have failed at about the same time.

Yes, same here, I tried it as well as another RSS feed software and the link is not working for either of them. I thought it was something i was doing wrong. 

We've made some changes to the firewall rules to add patterns for our RSS feeds, so hopefully that will allow the various RSS readers to consume the feed correctly now. Let us know if they don't seem to work!
