I have been searching through the other forums and can not seem to find what I am looking for and would appreciate any assistance that may be out there.
We are trying to utilize the nscan function that will allow certain specific price zones on a facility to enter at different times. Basically we have a VIP ticket price in Zone 1 only that needs early access and the standard ticket only with access an hour later. We have set the scan start and end time on the zone map of the facility but still are able to enter/scan a ticekt for all zone levels/price zones even though they are set to different times.
I apologize in advance if this is not clear and I am happy to answer any follow up questions if need be.

Scott - you need NSCAN_USE_ZONE_TIMES set to Yes in T_Defaults and then the times on the price zones will need to be correct.

Thanks Michele, we have done this and still not working, wondering if the scanners are not set up correctly at this point...
