I have been searching through the other forums and can not seem to find what I am looking for and would appreciate any assistance that may be out there.
We are trying to utilize the nscan function that will allow certain specific price zones on a facility to enter at different times. Basically we have a VIP ticket price in Zone 1 only that needs early access and the standard ticket only with access an hour later. We have set the scan start and end time on the zone map of the facility but still are able to enter/scan a ticekt for all zone levels/price zones even though they are set to different times.
I apologize in advance if this is not clear and I am happy to answer any follow up questions if need be.

Hi Scott!
You may need to edit your NSCAN defaults? The "Use Zone Door Times" must be set to "Yes," or your performance's door open/close times will override your zone settings.

Thanks Darryl, we have updated those already and are still having the issue that all price types/zones are scanning in at the same time. Is there a setting on the scanners themselves that we can try to update?
Aw nuts, I was hoping for the easy answer! You can try going into your NSCAN device's system settings and clicking the "Rebuild Database" button, to see if that helps. Sometimes that fixes little funky issues like this.
Thanks Darry, apparently we needed to build a test event for today to make it work. It would be nice if the notes on this topic included that the event had to be the same day as the testing was being done. I think we have it working now though! Thanks again
