Fee override

Has anybody written a query or report to report on overridden fees and who overrode them? Or at least where to start getting the information.

    Marty,

    I created a new parameter in List Manager called Fee Amount.  I was then able to look for people in the current season who purchased tickets in a MOS/Price Type combo that should have trigged a fee but who actually paid < $1.00 in Fees.  I then used this list as a filter in the Single Sale Order Listing report.  That report contains solicitor information.  It worked fairly well for my purposes.
