We have a movie performance until March and we decided to extend the movie exhibit until May. How can I extend the dates?
How did you build the original performances?
The performances for FY19 was created under Performace season FY19 and made changes in Event Build in the Custom tab. The end date for this production season was Dec 31, 2019. For FY20, we copied performance from Dec 31, 2019, and made event build in the custom tab under production season FY20 until March 31st. I tried to change the Event end date to May, It didn't work. I tried to copy the march 2020 performance to create new performance but it didn't show up.
It sounds like you're going about things the right way. Perhaps there are some permissions that you are missing? I'd open a support ticket.
I'm having system admin rights but the person who created the performance is no longer with us. So do you think it will affect it? I can create individual performance, the only issue is when I try to create bulk performances.
That should rule out permissions. I thought you might be using the bulk performance tool: I'm afraid I don't have any experience with that.
