I'm looking to talk to anyone who has extracted ticket history from OvationTix/AudienceView Professional, or whose organization recently converted from that software to Tess.

Katie, I helped the Center for Puppetry Arts import ticket history from Audience View into Tessitura, but I am afraid it was too long ago for me to have useful files or good notes. I do recall that it was a bear, and that Audience View seemed particularly ungracious about a customer jumping ship.
