Hello, not sure I am in the right Forum, but here it goes.
Is there someone out there that sends receipts from Tessitura automatically (either attached to the tickets or in a separate email) when ever a purchase is either SPD or TPD?
And do you have the Terms of Business attached in the receipt?

And another question, is anyone using the new HTML format for the receipts?
We're working with Test Consulting on this right now, but I'm not sure what SPD or TPD are...
SPD = Seated Paid, TPD = Ticketed Paid.
It is just the seat status.
