I recently had a colleague with a Microsoft Surface Laptop connected to an extended external monitor have wonky things happening with the display.
Today, while in Plans, it was enlarging the Plans window to a giant size. She also stated that the mouse often gets giant, but only while in Tessitura - not other applications. In my six years of using Tess I've never had this problem. Recently, another co-worker had a strange problem and she also had the same computer.
Given that the laptop is the only common denominator, I'm guessing that is somehow the problem.
Anyone else ever experience similar issues with a MS Surface Laptop?
Hey Mark,
I have a Surface laptop and have not experienced it. However, one of colleagues uses Tessitura on a Mac and when he moves the mouse quickly, over Tessitura, the pointer enlarges. I don't know if that is a Mac specific thing or not. But I have seen something similar.

The enlarged mouse pointer is a "standard" Macintosh thing.
If you have multiple screens and have lost your mouse pointer you can shake the mouse on your desktop to enlarge the mouse pointer on the screen.
