Hello everyone,
I asked for the Constituent Contribution Summary Receipt Utility from Tessitura. I have never imported a utility/report into SQL and was wondering if anyone has any advice or a document on how to do this. We are a RAMP client. In lieu of spending $190 an hour for consulting, I thought I'd reach out to you fine people to see if anyone has any guidance or a step-by-step on how to import and setup reports and utilities.

The first thing you will have to figure out is if the report is SSRS or Infomaker. The procedures are somewhat different?
If SSRS. I found this video helpful for creating/installing SSRS.

There are some nuances doing this on RAMP because you don't have direct control of the servers.
There is a report that can be created to allow you to see the SSRS server screens. (You can not see these from your browser in the way shown in this video.)
If you are on V15.x the separate Report utility has gone away and is not embedded in the Tessitura Client.

Im super happy to help especially with SSRS. There are probably some stored procedures to start installing and they might need adjustment depending on the fit to your business.
