We used to have a neat custom password reset utility that would allow managers to reset Tessitura user passwords by running a report avoiding the need to go into security each time to reset a user password. However, since some RAMP permission updates the report no longer works as it uses the sp_send_dbmail procedure which we no longer have permission to execute.
Windows authentication is great and works a treat for most users but for those users without an active directory we rely on resetting passwords by going into security each time.
Is anyone else on RAMP faced with this or have a solution?

You are correct that the custom utility no longer works in our current security configuration. I've opened a support ticket on your behalf to answer any additional questions you may have and to help talk through alternate processes.
