I don't know that it's especially pretty, but the Granada Theatre uses an HTML template for e-gift certificates (and I have indeed chopped out nearly all non-GC bits from the code.) I've included a wee screenshot of the results, and the code below. I hope it helps!

Hi Darryl, I just came across this and it's so helpful! We're getting Gift Certificates sales on TNEW set up right now - does this Order Confirmation trigger via TNEW Gift Certificate sales or just in house? 

Hi Lily, I am glad to hear it!  We do not have it set up to trigger via TNEW, just in house for now. I know that HTML templates were planned to be integrated with TNEW at some point, but I think that is still pending. (But definitely don't quote me!)
