Hi everyone,
I am trying to figure out some constituent header information and seem to be hitting hurdles. When I look in T_DEFAULTS for the ID in T_FORMAT_INFO. The description associated with the ID is TN_Express_Change_Eaddress. I'm wondering if T_FORMAT_INFO is supposed to have a row that is Standard Header...or something like that. I want to remove 14 month giving completely from our standard header and keep everything else the way it is. It doesn't look like I can do this in a flex header. If I can, I'm happy to do that. I have limited SQL skills so any and all assistance is appreciated.

I just looked at our DEFAULT_CONSTITUENT_HEADER and the id number is for an inactivated acknowledgement letter in T_FORMAT_INFO, so that's fun. Regardless, I believe T_FORMAT_INFO ships with the standard Flex Header format that you can copy and adjust. In my table it's literally titled "Flex Header" and "Flex Header Icons".
Hi Chris,
The T_Defaults setting for DEFAULT_CONSTITUENT_HEADER seems to be fairly new, For us it was added when we upgraded to 15.1 and the default value that was assigned had nothing to do with headers. So you might assign the correct value for what the header you want your security groups to default too.
If it's just a matter of not wanting the 14 month giving to show up when using the Flex Header you can delete the value from Pos No in TR_FLEX_HEADER.
