HiIs there a limit to the number of times you can generate counts and extract a single extraction? I have several master extractions I use every year during our subscription renewal process - these extractions have had their counts generated countless times and have been extracted numerous times. Now, when I try to generate counts on them, they get stuck in Counting - no action even begins in View Log. We are on 15.1.2. Other extractions are working fine - it is just my sub renewal ones that are getting stuck.ThanksJess LevySan Francisco Opera415-551-6319
It might just take one crash to clog them: have you checked to see if there are extraction SQL Server Agent Jobs (what Extractions are, under the hood) hanging out in your jobs list? The other thing that would sometimes hang things up would be views created (although I think those are generated as part of the output set creation stage).
