We had a user who could not login via active directory. She was the only person who had to uncheck the "use Windows Authentication" box to log in. The person who had my job before me said that it might have been that the prerequisites for Active Directory integration were not install on her computer and that Tess has a document somewhere that spells this out. Does anyone know where I can find that document?

There is a bit on the citrix support site on Active Directory integration but in the many times I've installed citrix receiver at work or at home I've never needed to install anything else. You've obviously added active directory to their login in Security. Just checking though that they have a default group checked as well as I can't tell you the number of times I've forgotten that.
