Anyone experiencing Pricing Rule issues on v 15.1.5.54929?

Hi all,

Just out of curiosity, is anyone experiencing an issue where newly created Pricing Rules are not applying or working? If not, then it might be something on our end, but for a sanity check I wanted to throw it out there.
All of our existing Pricing Rules are working fine (created before the our current version). It's only on the newly created ones.

For example, something simple like this isn't working:

Creating a Pricing Rule to show a message on Order Entry on all products using Price Type "X" .
