Check for spaces in the file name. I can't tell from this image. Is there a space between the '7' and '.'

Appreciate it! But sadly no spaces, just looks like it because of the 7: ProgFile111320191337.csv
Support ticket I think. This looks strange. You clearly have the .csv extension. So the error message is not telling you about the correct problem.
Oh dear--this was actually my bad. The utility wants a .txt file. I've been working with another DB for the last month that only wants .csv and mixed them up. Need more sleep.
