Is there anyone who switched to TNEW and then worked with a developer to allow for exchanges? With the upcoming API shift, I am evaluating options for our website, but exchanges are absolutely fundamental to our web functionality. We book subscribers into a dummy house for each performance and then allow them to exchange from that dummy house into an actual performance date. I am trying to figure out how large this customization would be and if it makes fiscal sense to do this rather than just completely updating the customized purchase path we already have.
Can anyone speak to your experience with this?
