Database Error

Anybody seen this error before?

Database Error

Error #0: Procedure has not been executed or has no results.

 

What I am doing is setting up new servers for both Tessitura and TranScend and just got done setting up TranScend and the Tessitura CC Server as a service and was testing a Credit card purchase through an order. I do not get any errors when I do a cash purchase. The transaction does make into TranScend and I do get an Auth No.

The Tessitura database is a copy of our Live database and TranScend is a copy of our Test TranScend using the procedures from the Intrix document to move a database.

I have check the settings in T_Default and do not appear to be any issues.

    This is likely caused by a lack of synchronization between the database encryption keys in Impresario and the server master key on your new database server. Review the "Moving a Database" document for specific steps to take to sync your keys:
