Does anyone else have problems with United States Zip Codes with + 4 at the end, calculating incorrectly for Geo Areas? If ours have + 4 they don't calculate as their assigned Postal Code. Any advice for this?

It sounds like you have a bug in your LP_UPDATE_GEOAREA procedure. Depending on how you've customized the logic in that proc, you probably need to put in a LEFT(@postal_code, 5) somewhere in place of @postal_code alone.
