Prior to our upgrade to 15.1.3 we could merge more than one record at a time -- for example, if there were three records for one person (A, B, and C) we could merge both B and C into A on the same day. I remember the documentation saying this was possible. But now that we've upgraded it will only let us merge B into A and then makes us wait until that is complete before we can merge C into A. Is this a defect? Or a conscious decision to change how this works? I don't remember seeing it in the release notes. Just thought I'd check here before putting in a ticket.

This is a change that happened in V15.1 I believe. There is a forum discussion on it but I just can't find it. You have to now set up reminders in in Outlook or some other way, the next day to merge the next set of duplicates...and keep doing that until all dupes are merged.
