Hello,
We are part of a consortium and while we all use TNEW, we now have one organization that is building a custom website. This past week they received the error 500:Internal Server Error while making Users/get API Calls.
I am way in over my head and while I provide support for our consortium, I have no idea how to help them with the API. Has anyone encountered this problem or know what I can do to help remedy this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are they building their custom site in-house or have they contracted that out? Whoever is doing that work will want a developer account for the various Tessitura developer portals that support this kind of work (and answer these kinds of questions).

Yes! The developers' Slack channel is probably the first line for questions about the API. If they can't figure it out there they should be able to craft precise text for you to submit as a ticket to Tesssitura Support (TASK? Hello? Not sure what to call it anymore).
