We do regular imports of opt-in data from other sources, and we use contact permissions to manage opt-ins.
Does anyone have a report that can take a contact permission type, answer and list and update the contact permissions for those constituents?
Similar to how the canned Manage Contact Purposes utility works, but for contact permissions.

Piling on to echo the support for a utility like this. I would like to say that because of how WordFly handles what they call "Preferences" we aren't able to get a Contact Permission explicit opt-in along with using Contact Point Purposes; the format of the Preferences page makes it awkward. The explicit opt-out is handled by the Unsubscribe but mostly what we get is people choosing Purpose preferences and nothing else - which results in the Permission set to "No" then.
