Hi folks,
I am on RAMP and attempting to launch Tessitura Live on my Mac, but only the Tessitura frame is loading. What is strange is that is issue is ONLY specific to the live application. I can access Test, Security, FileMover etc. without an issues. Has anyone experienced this before? I have reinstalled Citrix Receiver about 3-4 times now and also tried to launch the application within Safari and Chrome. The Mac is all up to date and on Tessitura 15.0. There is no issue in accessing the application from a PC.

Any thoughts or suggestions?Thanks!Joe

I'm a Macintosh user as well. I've been having this problem a bunch over the past few days. I've had to have both my Live and Test reset, by the Tessitura Network staff. I recommend a support ticket or call to the help desk (if your situation is critical). It usually takes just a few minutes for the support team to remove a citrix ini file.

Thanks Tom. I've had a ticket open for about a week now and it's been to three different support folks. Do you know what it is that is reset? I know they attempted to clear out the .ini frame settings, but the issue is still present.
That sound about like the thing that they have cleared out for us that seems to have made things better. Please feel free to share support ticket number 56368 with the folks you are working with. We fought with this issue from April 17 - July 25.
I'm currently using this version of the Citrix Workspace on Mac.
Hi Tom,
Thanks for this information. I updated my ticket referencing your old ticket. I am using the same version of Citrix. Hopefully it will provide some insight. Thanks!
Let me know. Opening the Security Modules have been going very very slow over the past day or two.
Clearing the .ini file setings seemed to do the trick.
That's good news. However, I want to know why this is breaking every 1-2 months. I've had to have the ini files cleared out several time for several different individuals.
I have a hypothesis that this may be related to having 2 monitors on the computer and plug-in and un-plugging the 2nd monitor while a Tessitura Client is active on the screen. Most applications do fine in this case. Re-locting their windows to the one remaining monitor. However, I have the feeling that the citrix windows are not being moved down to the one window correctly. When the second monitor is unplugged.
Does this have any resonance with you and your experience?
It is possible there is some relation between the two monitor idea. At work on a PC I have two and my mac laptop is only one.
