Does anyone have a general estimate of how long it took to set up their Analytics Server from start (acquiring a new physical server) to finish (having a complete finished/configured server)? We're in the process of doing that here and were wondering what others have run across in terms of timeline for those in our company who are "anxious"...
Thanks in advance as always, Tessiturians.
Plan on a few hours just to install, but the processing of the cubes could take most of the day.
We're in the same process. I'd figure a couple days to get the server set up w/ SQL Server installed and the several ensuing Microsoft updates. Once we got to the TIM installs, things stalled out with problems requiring help desk tickets. Finally got past those problems and running the full load for the first time and have the following error. If you don't encounter any problems whatsoever, I'd say a week. But then again, we're not done yet!

Hello! I know this is a very old thread, but do you recall how you fixed this "Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_D_CONSTITUENCY' error?
