I am the only one who has access to managing all of our users via the RAMP Self-Service tool. And therefore I am the only one who can re-sync a token when necessary. It hasn't happened yet, but if the need arises when I am not in the office (day off, vacation, sick day, etc.) -- can another sys admin or even the user them-self call the 800 number and have it re-synced over the phone? I don't necessarily want anyone else having access to assign and unassign tokens, but we would like someone else to be able to re-sync if necessary. Before I put in a help ticket I thought I'd poll the audience. :-) Thanks!

I have great news for you about this. In just a few weeks we will be releasing an update to the self-service tool that allows all your users to sync their own tokens, without needing access to manage all users.
