I am the only one who has access to managing all of our users via the RAMP Self-Service tool. And therefore I am the only one who can re-sync a token when necessary. It hasn't happened yet, but if the need arises when I am not in the office (day off, vacation, sick day, etc.) -- can another sys admin or even the user them-self call the 800 number and have it re-synced over the phone? I don't necessarily want anyone else having access to assign and unassign tokens, but we would like someone else to be able to re-sync if necessary. Before I put in a help ticket I thought I'd poll the audience. :-) Thanks!
I'd consider deputizing a few people in your organization, especially people like Box Office managers who are more likely to be working off hours. That said, it is certainly something you can put in tickets for or call in about to RAMP if local admin staff are not available.
