Hi yall
We upgraded to V14 a few months ago and have been having some issues with our pledge billing utility.
We bill daily for several different campaigns and this problem has affected each one the same way.
When we upgraded, our pledge billing utilities all broke but we figured out why and just attributed it to the upgrade; it happens! However, the last two months now, our pledge billing utilities all break at the change of the month.
There have been a few other weird things happen with them but I wanted to see if anyone else has had similar issues without getting too prescriptive or if this is isolated to our org. Could really help us diagnose the problem.

As far as I know, 14.1.5 or .6 fixed the billing schedule. We ran into it too, but upgrading fixed it. What version are you on? Open a TASK ticket to get confirmation.
It turns out we had some other utilities that were breaking so I think you might be on the money. We opened a ticket just to be sure since it looks like it's a bigger issue than we thought. Thank you for confirming we aren't just crazy!
