I need your help (or reassurance). We've been running Tessitura on workstations with Windows 7, and will soon migrate to Windows 10 workstations. We're live on v15.1, and we did not implement Windows authorization.
Is there anything else about going to Windows 10 that could require attention? We are self-hosted. Can we expect to connect to the server and keep on running? It seems like such a basic question, and I really do appreciate any advice. Thank you!
PS I wonder about the Boca printers we use for tickets and receipts, too.
We are a windows 10 self-hosted shop as well. Running 15.1.x is no problem, but if you went with ODBC instead of OLEDB, you will need to install ODBC drivers (13.1) on all workstations. OLEDB will still work but lacks security.
Quick tip on ODBC 13.1 driver installation -- if you want to deploy this msi via GPO, you will need to include an MSI transform (.mst) to bypass the EULA accept step in the MSI script, or else the GPO-based install will fail without much fanfare.
