Hi all,
I have a small GA event that took place on Saturday that is not being recognized by the scanners. The strange thing is that it shows the name of the event and the name of the ticket holders on the screen but it says "Event not authorized on device". Is this something anyone else has had happen? Or is it something that I should ask the help desk on?

I've also seen that happen if the date/time in the settings on the scanner ends up set to the wrong day.
