Hi All,
I know that by law everyone is required to do NCOA at least twice a year.
I was wondering if there are any organizations out there that when you do the CASS & NCOA on your database, when you get the data back do you import the Delivery Point back into Tessitura?And if you do, do you export the Delivery Point out and then send that to your mail house?
And if you do that process, have you run into any problems with the information not being correct?Thanks for any input!
