Hi everyone
If you're crazy enough to be reading this now that the Easter Holidays have started in the UK and have any advice, we'd be really grateful.
We're using DDs for the first time and the electronic set up report isn't recognising any of the accounts we have set up. At first, we had problems with it saving the accounts without dashes but it now seems to be doing that ok. However, still nothing in the set up report.
We're using the correct format: DE-01-123456-12345678-01 and the mask is set accordingly. All other instructions in the account type set up have been done correctly. It's working fine in Test but not in live and we can't see any differences.
We're completely out of ideas as to how to solve this so if anyone has any possible solutions I'd be happy to hear them.

Yes, I think we will have to. Unfortunately our IT Administrator is now on holiday for two weeks and we're due to send our file to the bank on Tuesday so I sent this post on the off-chance that anyone had any ideas that could help.
I'm not sure how to raise a help ticket without Paul here but will try to sort something out.
