How are the counts in the Membership Update Utility calculated? I did a trial run in our test environment and according to the counts at the bottom of the report, 4890 records went from Pending to Active. However, when I save the report to excel there are 5049 records that went from pending to active (this is the number I was expecting). Any thoughts on what might cause this difference?
