We use TRBO on a Zebra ET50 tablet with and ID Tech card reader. I haven't had much time to work with the devices but have had some stability issues with the reader and difficulty establishing an initial connection with Tessitura. I've swapped out the card reader and reloaded the profile but that's all the steps I've been able to take. I've been asked my opinion about deploying a number of them and I'm not sure if my so-so experiences with the setup are due to my INexperience with the tech or if the setup is inherently just high-maintenance. My opinion has been and still is "I don't know enough to say whether this is a good idea or not" but I'd love to hear some thoughts on people's experiences.
