We are on RAMP using 15.1
We are running a Fortinet firewall that is doing port translation.
We are using windows 10 PC's with VX805ctls chip readers connected by USB
On some DEBIT card transactions the card is declined and then it offers a choice of US Debit or VISA Debit.
Sometimes both choices fail. Some times the US Debit works but it will not let you put you PIN in.
For our Museum we ended up having to add a regular card swipe back in so that they could perform these transactions that the EMV machine fails on.
After working with Worldpay-Vantiv-Element they said that Tessitura is sending the transaction as a credit card not a debit card.
DOes any one know how to fix this?
