We recently completed our upgrade to v15 and have come across the following error message when running the Constituent Import utility in TLive:
The text reads: Operating system error code 5(Access is denied). This error only occurs in the Live version of Tessitura, we have no issues running the import in TTest.
Has anyone else come across this issue? Any ideas as to why this is specific to the Live version of Tessitura?
I had this problem in v15 when using windows authentication. Once I switched back to a normal login everything was fine.
Same - it's a known issue and we had to get our db login reset as when you add the Active Directory Username the Database login is removed from the User account. Then if you remove the Active Directory Username the Database login doesn't get added back in automatically.
I’ve moved to the AD account. I’ve not tried what is under discussion here in this thread.
This may be obvious to everyone on this thread. However, on RAMP in some cases I’ve found that I have to add the AD domain name to my login credentials. Here on North America RAMP the domain is KRIOSTESS\XXXXuser?? And then use the RAMP Citrix login password rather than the Tessitura Login Credentials.
that''s the one. I'm apramp/sydnuser??
However the active userneme stripped the Db login from my account so I couldn't do Order/Constituent Imports (which I do daily). That was sorted as soon as the RAMP team restored my login.
