We are working on triggered emails and need first names in our output.
We've realized that the fname field is blank for households. It only populates if it is an individual.
We obviously want to include names for our household accounts.
Has anyone figured out a way to do this?

I made a custom view that includes the a1 and a2 fname/mname/lname fields for hhold affiliates. We build WordFly name field data with it, among other uses. Happy to share if interested.
