Horrible Experiences with Payment Express

I am just wondering if anyone else is having issues with a lack of service from Payment Express. Our issues started, basically from day one with them. Installing EMVs was a months long endeavor waiting for responses from Payment Express. Our Controller has had a support ticket open for over a month to change MIDs on our EMVs and she gets ZERO response from any of them. I had to open a separate support ticket to ask them to respond to that ticket (that's how bad it's gotten). Now...our EMVs are declining every single transaction (and I just don't have the patience to deal with their lack of service).

I'm writing to see if anyone has any contact information for a higher level executive at Payment Express that I can give our CFO to write very strongly worded email to. We need to get some action from them and it seems the only way to do that is going to be contacting higher level execs.

On that note...if you use WorldPay/Vantiv, what has been your experience with them?

    Interestingly enough, we had the same issues with WorldPay/Vantiv, which was part of the reason we just switched to Payment Express. Granted, we're not using card readers yet. We are just implementing their hosted payment solution for TNEW so when we upgrade to v15.1 we can take advantage of Payment Plans.

    Our sales guy at Payment Express, Adam Grigsby, has been very quick to return my emails and calls. I've also had good service from Angel Ortiz in Customer Service regarding our set-up. The email I use for Angel is Activations@paymentexpress.com. Adam's email is Adam.Grigsby@paymentexpress.com and his direct phone number is 404-900-9351. They're not higher ups, but might help point you in the right direction or get you the help you need.

  • Thanks for that contact info Sara. Our experience has not been so pleasant sadly...as you can see. I am beyond frustrated with Payment Express (they should just change their name to Payment as there is nothing express about them from where I sit). Sorry.../endrant.
