We're currently working in v15.0.4 in a self-hosted environment, using windows authentication. Randomly, a user will run into errors getting into the client. Reviewing the logs, the most prevalent error is as follows:
Error|Tessitura.App.DataAccess.Http.RestResponse`1[Tessitura.App.Client.AuthenticationResponse]Error|SQL connection FAILEDError|The target principal name is incorrect. Cannot generate SSPI context.
At times this issue will resolve itself over the course of a few minutes, with a restart, or simply start working the next day. I have not yet identified any rhyme or reason as to when or why this error appears. As a short-term fix, I can simply delete the domain and have the user login with their old username and password for Tessitura, but I would rather the functionality just work. :/
