I am new to Tessitura and use it in a limited capacity and need some advise, please. My company has queried me with comparing gateway and acquirer providers that are compatible. I am a CPA, Financial Analyst with my company. Currently we use Vantiv, now WorldPay as our gateway and acquirer provider. There are some features our IT department and ticketing are not so pleased with and wish to look at other alternatives. PaymentExpress (PX) is the only other provider listed on this website as a partner for such. Are there other compatible providers you work with on a regular basis? What are the pro's and con's of working with those that are not only technical on the backside but also qualitative for user ease of use and accessibility, etc?
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
