Hi,
we are new to Tessitura and are running into printing issues. We have Boca Systems Lemur printer, we used them with a different ticketing system, some of them won't print first thing in the morning, some stop printing during the day. The Boca printers are USB attached to each computer and no printer sharing. We have tried about everything we can think of but thus far we've only been able to reduce how often they stop printing. If anyone has any experience with these printers and Tessitura would you mind helping me out?
Can you send your printer properties for the Boca Printers?
Firmware most all are B46, 300 DPI MINI

Is there anything else that you need?
How about the Windows Printer properties for the Boca Printers? In the advanced settings are the Drivers pointed to the Generic Drivers?
