pulling a specific group of fields in 15.05

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I thought I'd start here. I used to be able to run a canned report and when exporting it to .xls, I'm given email address and delivery method for the specific ticket info I had asked for. Yes, I have forgotten what report I used, but I've been through everything I can think of and nothing seems to be working. I opened a ticket and a Tess said there is no report that will give me that info together. I thought I'd reach out to the forums to see if anyone knows anything. Basically I'm being asked by marketing to create a spreadsheet that contains patron's email addresses for Wordfly and their delivery method they chose for their tickets, so they can send out a reminder with that info. The work around I'm doing currently is I run Package Order listing and Single Sales Order listing to get everyone's delivery method then run an output set to get their email address. Then, through Access, I join the lists and pull all the info I need. 

Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to get those two pieces of info without having to build a custom view or pay RAMP to build something for us. THANKS!
