Good Morning Hive Brain!
I have several users getting a "Library Manager- Fatal Disk Error". This is one I have not encountered before and am unable to find anything in the help docs to point me in the right direction as to fix it. Has anyone else gotten this error? If so, how did you address fixing it?
Any help is appreciated!
Sounds like file corruption of an Infomaker or PowerBuilder library file. Are you locally hosted, or on RAMP? If the former, are the users seeing the error having issues with a shared volume on their desktops?
Hi Rhea - our users just started reporting this error this morning as well. Sounds like it's not entirely local - I'll be following along here!
We're on RAMP, for reference as this thread continues...
Definite RAMP ticket then. If I'm right this is a file hosting issue that they have to fix.
Throwing this out there, too. We had that error with a couple of people who were also reporting slowness before the incident. Once they got that error, they closed Tessitura and opened it again. No issues since.
Hello Everyone,Thank you for posting this information. We are actively investigating and updating our Status page to yellow while we investigate. The most up to date information can be found here on the Service Status page: https://www.tessituranetwork.com/Support/Status
Thank you,

We are on RAMP as well.
Hi Melissa,
Thank you for the update.Would you suggest still submitting a TASK Ticket for the instance?
Hi Rhea,Per our status page, all services should now be restored. However, if ever you experience something like this in the future or if you are continuing to experience this issue, we always recommend opening a support ticket in task and calling us at 1-888-643-5778 ext. 201Thank you,
Melissa
A year later and now a user at SLSO is reporting this error. FYI the user was looking up a donor when it happened which I don't think has anything to do with Infomaker (except the constituent header...).
We are self-hosted and it looks like this thread is geared toward RAMP users. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this for a self-hosted org?
