Does anyone on a TNew site have any clever implementations that have had a positive result on limiting scalper/re-seller ticket purchases?
You could log behavior using validate cart, blacklist customers maybe using attributes at the same time and create a CSI. Then sales can review them before they are allowed to purchase tickets simply by remove the attribute. Not that hard to put into place, just need to work the logic for who seems questionable.
