Hi Folks
We used to do the yearly data encryption key regenaration process in-house during our own controlled maintenance window
where we turned off all our APIs, websites access the the application etc took a aback up and did the deed ourselves
We are now on RAMP and were kind of expecting this to be done for us.
Are they any other long-term RAMP users who could give use some advice with this?
Do we still have to do it ourselves?
If so what is the best way to liaise with the RAMP team to get this done?
