For those who have upgraded to v15 already, did you encounter any issues with this upgrade, or did things go smoothly?
Also, has anyone been able to find documentation on which tables will be obsolete with v15?

We just upgraded to v15 last night and so far so good. Our TNEW site was down for about 3 hours, which was better than I expected. I kept our 25 users out until 9:00 this morning to configure Single Sign On and update Security for the new system tables. I also had to update our merge procedure per the documentation from RAMP.
I'd highly recommend noting the changes you discover needing to make while doing your upgrade testing and if possible making changes to security for existing objects before you upgrade. It made things go very smoothly for me this morning.
I created an Excel file with every Security permission and a matrix of our user groups and have been using it to track Security permissions. I'm happy to share this file if you're interested.
