We are in the process of setting our MC55 scanners back to factory settings and have one unit that is stuck with a Calendar app only and there is no Exit option under the About link as would be expected. Without that exit link we are unable to exit the screen and get to the start menu and file explorer. Ultimately we need to get to the My Device/Temp folder on the unit to run the clean exe file we have located there. We had no issues with our other 7 devices but a staff member changed some settings on this one causing it to be locked to this screen. Does anyone know any magic key strokes that will bring up exit and /or the admin password screen when that link is missing?
