Is there a way for an emailed NSCAN notification to send the INFORMAL salutation vs the formal? We would prefer it to read "Carole and David Smith has entered the building" vs "Mr. & Mrs. David Smith has entered the building".

You would have to customize the procedure. I believe in this case that would be the NP_SEND_EMAIL procedure, but I am not positive. That said, it should not be too terribly difficult to accomplish that.
