Is there any reason off the top of your heads why a ticket would be printing blank? This is my first time being involved with this since we lost Maria. We put the .pcx file in the appropriate folder, and our user can see it in the ticket building module, but it prints a blank.

Has it synced to the local files? Have your user log out of Tessitura and back in before trying to print again
