I'm reading through the release notes for v15 and have come across this enhancement:
In Ticketing Setup/Ticket Design you can now create new types of ticket, receipt, and header formats designed for digital delivery. These formats can only contain text and data elements. The new digital ticket formats are paired with a Boca format and when digital ticket data is requested and that Boca ticket, receipt, or header format would normally be used, the digital format is substituted.
Can anyone explain what this actually means? It's listed under Ticketing Setup category, ticket #119599.

Digital designs are for use with a new HTML Template type of Tickets, also added in v15. At this time both the digital designs and Tickets HTML types are not used by any standard functionality, but can be used for custom processes.
