We are trying to resolve the issue after inserting the cards the Verifone 805 gives this message:
VISA US
VISA International
Or
Mastercard US
Mastercard International
You must then select one of these. Why are we getting this message?
The card is declined if you make the wrong selection. All these are credit or debit cards from US banks or credit unions.
We have 2 merchant accounts. one for the BXO and one for our museum. The BXO has 5 of these 805's without this issue.
We are on RAMP and Vantiv. Did not have this issue when we where on regular swipes.
